Shipping Policy
Sales tax is only implacable on the Illinois based customers unless they (IL-based customers) provide ICTDevices.com with an authentic and valid tax exemption certificate applicable to the purchased product. The customers are advised to provide information regarding the certificate before the product is shipped.
Shipping times
The items are shipped within the next 24 hours after the orders are placed. Product shipments start from our warehouses in the United States, EU, Asia, and the Middle East through our primary shipping partners; FedEx and USPS.
Shipping services and their respective cut-off times:
Free ground Deliveries – Free ground deliveries take 3-7 business days (US ONLY). The Ground orders are shipped through our primary shipping partners; FedEx and USPS, varying on the location. (Except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.
FedEx 2 Day – FedEx 2-day delivery service is only for the US. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. FedEx 2 Day Deliveries – FedEx 2-day delivery times are only restricted to the US. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.
Standard Overnight Deliveries – Deliveries in a single business day are only US exclusive. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. FedEx Standard Overnight
Priority Overnight Deliveries – Deliveries in a single business day are only US exclusive. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. Deliveries overnight start by 10:30 am the following day. FedEx P1 Overnight service varies on location.
International Shipping Deliveries – All international orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.
Canada/Puerto Rico Deliveries – All Canada/PR orders are shipped using the FedEx International Economy shipping method. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.
Saturday Deliveries – Saturday deliveries will only be possible if the order is placed on Friday (US ONLY). 12 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method is used for Saturday Deliveries.
Saturday Deliveries – Shipment will get delivered on Saturday (if the order is placed on Friday)
Next-Day AM Delivery Service – shipment will get delivered by 10:00 AM onwards. Next Day Delivery Service – Shipment will get deliver the next business day 2 Day Delivery Service – Shipment will be delivered in 2 days 3 Day Delivery Service – Shipment will be delivered in 3 days
*Free Ground Delivery Service is only free it the product weighs less than 10lbs and is bound to ship in the US only. The shipment can take from 1-7 working days, varying from the location and area of delivery. ICT Devices is a Taxes based company – however, it doesn’t mean the company ships products from TX only. The company has business partners and warehouses in different states as well. If you need the product to be shipped later than the specified cut-off times, please contact our Sales Department to see if this is possible. We will try our very best to accommodate your request.
