Samsung M393A8G40AB2-CWE is a 64GB DDR4-3200 registered DIMM with ECC. It is dual rank with x4 DRAM devices, runs at 1.2V and is rated CL22. Supermicro sells the same module under its own part number, MEM-DR464L-SL01-ER32, which makes it a common choice for Supermicro and other standard-RDIMM servers.

A 64GB dual-rank RDIMM is the usual high-capacity option for DDR4 servers before moving to load-reduced or 3DS memory. It reaches large totals with fewer modules, leaving slots free and often keeping memory speed higher than a fully populated board would allow.
