Server Memory
Server memory is where most upgrades start, and in 2026 it is also where prices move fastest. This range covers registered ECC DDR4 and DDR5 modules (RDIMM and LRDIMM) for HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge and other x86 servers, listed by the manufacturer part number your system or quote already uses.
Match the module to your platform before ordering: DDR4 for Intel Xeon Scalable 1st–3rd Gen and AMD EPYC 7002/7003, DDR5 for Xeon 4th Gen and later and EPYC 9004. Keep ranks and capacities consistent within a channel. Each listing shows the part number, speed, rank and compatible servers, and if you need a different capacity or a full BOM, send it to the quote desk.

Server memory for ProLiant and PowerEdge
ICT Devices quotes DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM and DDR5-4800/5600 RDIMM for US IT teams. The usual request is 32 GB and 64 GB HPE SmartMemory (for example P06033-B21, P06035-B21, P64706-B21, P64707-B21) and the matching Dell or generic Samsung, SK hynix and Micron modules.
Through 2026, new server DRAM stayed expensive after a steep first-half rise. Used DDR4 has not always repriced as fast as new, which is why many DL380 Gen10 and R740/R750 buyers still ask for refurbished 32 GB and 64 GB 3200 2Rx4. DDR5 is quoted lean because the cost per module is high and can move again.
Send the OEM part number. If you only have the server model, send that instead. We confirm compatibility, condition (new or refurbished) and a final price before you pay. Purchase orders are welcome.
Questions on this range
How do I order a part that is not listed?
Send the manufacturer part number and quantity. ICT sources enterprise hardware to order.
When do I see a price?
After the desk confirms availability. OEM costs on memory, SSD and HDD still move week to week.
Do you ship from Texas?
Orders ship from Sugar Land, Texas. Same-day dispatch is offered before 3 PM CT when the part is on hand.
Frequently asked questions
Can I mix DDR4 and DDR5 in one server?
No. A server board supports one generation; DDR4 and DDR5 modules have different keying and do not fit the same slots.
Do HPE servers need HPE Smart Memory?
HPE servers run qualified third-party RDIMMs, but HPE Smart Memory adds iLO-visible authentication and support coverage. We list both so you can choose.
What does 2Rx4 mean?
Two ranks built from x4 DRAM chips. Keep the same rank type across a channel to avoid a lower memory speed or a boot warning.
