Samsung M321RYGA0PB0-CWM is a 96GB DDR5 registered DIMM rated at 5600 MT/s (PC5-44800). It is dual rank with x4 DRAM devices and runs at 1.1V. Samsung's product listing shows the part in mass production.

96GB modules fill the gap between 64GB and 128GB.
