DDR5 registered memory is required by current server platforms: Intel Xeon Scalable 4th and 5th Gen, Xeon 6 and AMD EPYC 9004, which means HPE ProLiant Gen11 and Dell PowerEdge 16th generation. This range lists 32GB, 64GB and 96GB RDIMMs at 4800 and 5600 MT/s by part number.

DDR5 modules do not fit DDR4 slots, and Intel and AMD platforms often take different HPE kits for the same capacity, so check the part number against your server's QuickSpecs. A 5600 MT/s module runs at 4800 on 4th Gen Xeon. DDR5 prices have moved sharply through 2026; we confirm the price on every order.
